As a Technical Program Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering at Amazon, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex electrical engineering projects from concept to production. You will serve as the technical bridge between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project execution while maintaining Amazon's high standards for quality and innovation.


Key job responsibilities
• Lead electrical engineering programs through the complete product development lifecycle
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
• Identify and mitigate technical and program risks through data-driven analysis and proactive problem-solving
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, firmware developers, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in electrical engineering processes and methodologies
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships for electrical components and systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements for electrical systems

Our Power Resiliency team develops innovative solutions that power Amazon's operations across all miles of business via permanent generators, mobile generators, battery energy storage, capacitance banks, and other technology. We work with electric utilities on network strategies to support reliability needs on the network as well as procure expected power demand for expansions or new launch facilities. We work on challenging technical problems that require creative thinking and rigorous engineering practices.
