The Tip Program Coordinator role is essential to maintaining integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our tip distribution processes. With the increasing complexity of tip allocations, Money Network Tip Card funding, and general ledger reconciliation, a dedicated resource is required to manage operations, support users, and ensure alignment with payroll and financial standards. This role will also strengthen our partnership with Money Network (pay card provider) and enhance the staff members’ experience through improved support and system reliability.

Manage daily operations of the tip program for 300+ restaurants across all concepts to ensure accurate and timely processing of tip data.Oversee Money Network Tip Card funding and balancing, ensuring all transactions are reconciled and processed correctly.Perform reconciliation for tip-related transactions, funding accounts - collaborating with Finance and Payroll teams.Provide Tip Card enrollment support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and user assistance.Serve as the primary liaison with Money Network, maintaining a strong relationship to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT, Operations and Payroll for issue resolution and enhancements.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws related to tip reporting and distribution. Maintain and update documentation, training materials, and user guides for the tip portal and Tip Card processes in conjunction with Performance Development teams and Operations.Analyze tip data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.Support audits and reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
What we require:
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, operations, or financial administration.Experience working with tip management systems and Money Network or similar pay card platforms.Strong understanding of wage and hour laws, especially those related to tipped employees.Strong in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll/HRIS/accounting systems.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.High School Diploma or Equivalent
