We are seeking an experienced and versatile tile installer responsible for installing tiles on various surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings, and countertops.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and priming before tile installation.Measure and mark surfaces, cut tiles to fit using hand and power tools.Apply adhesives, lay tiles in specified patterns, and ensure proper alignment and spacing.Apply grout, clean excess materials, and seal tiles if necessary.Replace broken tiles and perform touch-ups as needed.
Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.Experience in tile installation and waterproofing techniques.Skill in caulking and construction.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or construction environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing and construction setting with a collaborative and fun culture. Employees are expected to maintain good attitudes and attendance. The production process also serves as a showroom for customers. There are 80-120 employees depending on projects, with small teams for each build process. Work hours are 7am-5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with a mandatory crew meeting at 6:55am. Dress code requires closed-toe work shoes, shirts with sleeves, and appropriate length shorts or pants.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
