TIG Welder & Fabricator

Overview

Join our team as a TIG Welder & Fabricator, contributing to high-profile projects for major sports stadiums and entertainment venues. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise in TIG welding and metal fabrication to create custom components that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

What You’ll Do

Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components (.090” to 1” thickness).Fabricate custom venue elements including staging, risers, platforms, and railings.Interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate construction.Assemble and weld components, ensuring structural integrity and cosmetic quality.Finish and inspect welded parts for compliance with quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

Strong proficiency in TIG welding techniques.Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and assembly.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.Knowledge of aluminum and stainless steel welding processes.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of custom TIG welding experience, especially on railings.Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
