**TIG Welder** **– Up to $30/hour** **Location** **: Minneapolis, MN (near Brooklyn Park)** **Pay** **: Up to $30/hour** **Position Overview:** + Hiring a TIG Welder to join our team + Focus on precision welding of aluminum and stainless steel components (.090” to 1” thick) + Fabricate staging elements such as platforms, railings, and risers + Occasional support in assembly tasks **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel + Fabricate custom components for staging systems and venue infrastructure + Interpret and apply weld symbols and blueprint specifications + Assist in assembly processes during welding tasks **Required Skills:** + Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience with aluminum or stainless steel + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols + 5+ years of experience in custom TIG welding, especially on railings + Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential is a strong plus **For more details and to begin the interview process, apply now!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
