Join a growing precision manufacturing facility in Manning, SC, as a TIG/MIG Welder. You will support the production of large, high-quality metal components and assemblies for various industries, including defense, medical, commercial equipment, energy, and industrial manufacturing. ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG and/or MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel parts.Set up and adjust welding equipment based on job specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.Use grinders, measuring tools, and basic fabrication equipment.Maintain an organized and safe workspace.Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.Collaborate with production teams to complete work efficiently and accurately.Essential Skills3+ years of TIG and/or MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Proficiency welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and/or aluminum.Strong understanding of weld symbols, measurements, and technical drawings.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.High school diploma or GED required.Welding certifications are a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with thin-gauge stainless and aluminum is preferred for TIG roles.Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail.Reliable and safety-conscious.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and meet production timelines.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $72800.00/yr.
