**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder to perform TIG welding across a variety of projects, ranging from medical devices to aerospace products. The primary focus will be on stainless steel, but experience with mild steel and aluminum is beneficial. **Responsibilities** + Follow blueprints, arrange metal pieces, and fix them into position before TIG welding. + Weld in different directions including flat, horizontal, and vertical on stainless steel, carbon steel, and occasionally aluminum. + Safely set up and operate welding machines and other shop equipment. + Match work orders to components. + Ensure quality throughout the production process by completing continuous quality inspections. + Process all required documentation. + Weld, grind, and polish all metals according to component specifications. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in TIG welding. + Ability to work with stainless steel and mild steel; aluminum experience is a plus. + Ability to read blueprints and match work orders with components. + Experience in fabrication. + Capability to perform quality inspections. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Certification in TIG welding is not required, but MIG welding experience would be advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where your expertise is valued, and you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.
