**TIG Welder** **Location:** Chaska, MN **Pay:** $25.40/hr to start (consistent raises once you start) **Shift:** 2nd Shift 2:30pm-1am **About the Role** We’re looking for a skilled **TIG Welder** to join our team! You’ll work with stainless and carbon steel, interpreting blueprints and work orders to produce high-quality welds. If you have experience with precision welding and enjoy working in a clean, modern environment, this is the opportunity for you. **What You’ll Do** + TIG weld stainless and carbon steel (1/16" to ½") + Weld small U-shaped tubes for radiators + Work with thin materials and small tolerances + Perform repairs or rework on non-compliant welds + Prepare surfaces using grinders, cutters, or drills **What We’re Looking For** + **Experience:** 1+ year TIG welding stainless steel at one company + **Skills:** Light gauge TIG welding, blueprint reading, small parts handling + **Preferred:** Technical schooling or 3–4 years of TIG welding experience **Why You’ll Love It Here** + Clean, temperature-controlled facility with modern equipment + Positive team culture with company events and outings + Music allowed during work (phones restricted for safety) **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52832.00 - $64563.00/yr.
