**Job Title: TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
Join an innovative team that designs and manufactures cutting-edge sanitary process cleaning systems and solutions for various industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, nutraceutical, and personal care. As a TIG Welder, you will contribute to the production of high-quality cleaning systems tailored to meet industry standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel.
+ Work directly from blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.
+ Engage in fabrication tasks such as grinding, polishing, and using brake press, as needed.
+ Weld components for food and beverage products including cabinet washers, tanks, pressure systems, and tunnel washers.
+ Proven experience in TIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel.
+ Solid understanding of welding equipment and accessories.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding process specifications, and welding symbols.

**Work Environment**
The work schedule is flexible, starting at 4, 5, or 6 am, with 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday and an optional half-day on Friday. The facility is air-conditioned, promoting a comfortable work environment. This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
