**Job Title: TIG Welder : Up to $33 per hour : Rogers, MN** Job Description Join our team as a TIG Welder, where you will focus on welding stainless steel connectors used for HVAC and LPH NH3 systems. You will work with a variety of sizes, ranging from a quarter inch to 20 inches in diameter and lengths from 6 inches to 20 feet. This role requires precision and attention to detail in TIG welding, inspection, and blueprint interpretation. Responsibilities + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel connectors. + Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards. + Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately. + Work with a range of sizes and specifications in welding tasks. Essential Skills + At least 1 year of on-the-job TIG welding experience. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with stainless steel TIG welding is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is an organized manufacturing weld shop that fosters a sense of community and teamwork. Although the shop does not have air conditioning, it provides a smaller and collaborative atmosphere. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
