**Job Title: TIG Welder**
Job Description
A TIG Welder is responsible for performing welding processes for the fabrication and assembly of metal carts, cabinets, stainless tables, and carts. The role requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, pull, push, assemble, and carry for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day. The welder must be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds regularly, frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds with assistance from another team member.
Responsibilities
+ Perform advanced MIG welding operations on complex metal components and structures.
+ Ensure welds are of the highest quality, meet exacting specifications, and pass rigorous visual and functional inspections.
+ Set up components for welding according to job specifications.
+ Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
+ Follow written and verbal directions to complete assignments or jobs.
+ Perform all duties in conjunction with company procedures.
+ Conduct quality checks of all finished processes and work.
Essential Skills
+ 4-7 years of experience with MIG welding and 2+ years with TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum.
+ Welding Certification.
+ Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to combine schooling and on-the-job experience.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
