Job Title: TIG Welder – 1st Shift

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay: $24.00 – $26.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering competitive pay and a stable work environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on TIG welding experience and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metalsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsInspect welds for accuracy and qualityMaintain a clean and safe work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

Proven TIG welding experience (minimum 2 years preferred)Ability to read and interpret welding blueprintsHigh attention to detail and craftsmanshipReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicWelding certification is a plus

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.50/hr.
