Position Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled TIG Welders to join our fabrication team. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in welding stainless steel and aluminum, as well as a strong work ethic and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds. This role is key to supporting custom projects that require precision, strength, and aesthetic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel componentsFabricate concealment structures according to engineering drawings and blueprintsGrind, fit, and assemble custom structural parts with precisionInspect welds to ensure compliance with internal quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area and follow shop safety protocolsCollaborate with shop leads and engineering team to resolve fabrication challengesQualifications:2+ years of TIG welding experience preferredProven ability to work with stainless steel and aluminum materialsStrong blueprint reading and interpretation skillsAbility to pass a hands-on welding testComfortable working overtime and weekends when project deadlines requireDetail-oriented and safety-conscious with a strong team mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
