**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our production team, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. The primary responsibility will involve TIG welding custom parts for higher volume projects. The ideal candidate will produce quality TIG welds that minimize post-work processes such as grinding and polishing. There is also a potential for involvement in custom project fabrication and fitting, though this is not the primary focus. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding tasks efficiently in a production environment. + Utilize jigs for higher volume projects on a weld table. + Produce quality welds with minimal post-work requirements. + Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures for project setup. + Contribute to custom fabrication and fitting as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in TIG welding, particularly on thin gauge metals. + Experience with sheet metal welding and stainless steel. + Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately. + Comfortable working in a production environment focused on timely welds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in fabrication and fitting is advantageous. + MIG and Stick welding skills are a plus for additional project support. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage from the first day of employment for full-time employees. The environment includes various types of fabrication equipment like laser cutters, brakes, punches, and weld machines. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
