As the Tier 1 Dispenser Technical Field Consultant, you will have full ownership of the dispenser troubleshooting process for product innovation and renovation.  You are responsible for the ownership of cross-functional coordination and collaboration and will be responsible for connecting customer (Sales, DSRs, and End User) needs with internal teams (Category/Business, R&D, Quality, Legal and Regulatory) to ensure product quality, sales effectiveness, and overall business success. The technical field consultant owns the diagnosis of dispenser problems, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and escalates more complex issues to higher-tier internal teams. In addition, this role leads the definition of key testing, installation, and regulatory activities for the entire Dispenser product portfolio as well as providing timely feedback to customers

In this role, you will:

Interact with Field Sales teams, Dispenser BU and R&D, Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Installation Foremen etc.

Be responsible for making technical recommendations, will drive cross-functional communication to solve customer issues

Collaborate with various team members when addressing dispenser complaints.

Travel up to 10%

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university with 10 years or moreof experience in a Technical Field Consultant role or related role.

Excellent project management skills and ability to manage timelines for development and deployment effectively.

Experience working with 3rd party vendors.

Experience with providing strong leadership to laboratory technicians for day-to-day operation.

Hands-on experience with dispenser system setup, test units and testing procedure such as battery-life, dispense testing etc to enable excellent troubleshooting of customer complaints.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to influence, coordinate cross-functional groups, and drive decisions

Experience with electro-mechanical systems, and low power battery operated devices.

Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements for electromechanical dispenser systems.

Preferred (not essential, but desired):

Prior experience supporting development of customer preferred solutions from stated requirements, including validation of prototypes with end users in medium to large size projects.

Prior experience supporting commercialization of products (innovation/renovation) working cross-functionally with business unit supply, marketing and sales teams on a global basis.

Good understanding of design controls and overall quality systems.

Understanding of Kimberly-Clark products, procedures, and processes.

Experience with design and commercialization activities related to plastics and injection molding

 Salary Range: 127,600 – 157,600 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
