Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a TIBCO Production Support Engineer (Plano, Pennington, Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a TIBCO Production Support Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting critical global wealth and investment management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title: TIBCO Production Support Engineer (Plano, Pennington, Charlotte)**
**Location: Plano, TX or Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC(Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)**
**Position: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion**
**Only W2!!**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide production support for TIBCO platform components including SOA, BPM, and EMS.
+ Manage incident resolution, coordinate with problem management teams, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
+ Support deployment, administration, and monitoring of TIBCO products, ensuring system stability and performance.
+ Identify process and technology gaps, implement improvements, and develop runbooks for operational efficiency.
+ Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support and assist with monthly release activities to deploy new code and updates.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong understanding of TIBCO Businessworks, iProcess, EMS, and Hawk.
+ Proficiency in Java, Linux scripting, and Oracle database management.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in production support or related roles.
+ Experience with TIBCO SOA/BPM deployment and administration methodologies.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
