This is a hybrid position with work on-site in Downers on Monday and Tuesday, and remotely from Wednesday to Friday. The bonus structure varies monthly and is tracked based on the amount collected as a team. Could be up to 10% of employees salary.
Job DescriptionYou will focus on collecting debts from businesses, primarily in the service or construction industries. You will be responsible for handling high volumes of collections, making calls, sending formal emails, and processing payments over the phone. Initially, you will handle smaller debts and, as you demonstrate competence, you will be tasked with larger amounts.
Qualifications:2+ Experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable (third party).Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging clients.Proficiency in Excel, reconciliation, and cash application.Experience with phone and email customer service is a must.Ability to remain courteous and professional during collections.Business to Consumer experience will not be considered.ResponsibilitiesCollect debts exclusively from business clients.Make collection calls and send formal emails to business clients.Process payments over the phone.Handle high volume collections while maintaining excellent customer service.Work with accounts receivable and invoicing processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
