LPC / LCSW (Long-Term Therapy)
Compensation: $67K - $88K per year + Comprehensive Benefits Package

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join an integrated behavioral health team within a community health center setting. This role provides long-term outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, working collaboratively with primary care providers, psychiatry, and care coordination staff to deliver whole-person care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician passionate about serving diverse, underserved urban populations, including BIPOC, immigrant, and LGBTQI+ communities, within a trauma-informed and culturally responsive framework.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, screenings, and psychosocial evaluations Treat depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, grief, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders) Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, IPT, Behavioral Activation, Prolonged Exposure, etc.) Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, care coordinators, and the broader health team Provide psychoeducation and support for patients managing both physical and mental health conditions Coordinate referrals to higher levels of care or community resources (IOP/PHP, detox/rehab, housing, case management, support groups, etc.) Track patient outcomes and engagement through registry systems and EMR documentation Develop and update treatment plans, relapse prevention plans, and discharge summaries Participate in regular supervision and interdisciplinary case consultations Complete documentation and billing in a timely and compliant mannerQualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field required Active Pennsylvania license as an LCSW or LPC Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a community health or integrated care setting Experience working with diverse and underserved populations Strong knowledge of evidence-based mental health treatment practices Commitment to culturally competent and LGBTQI+ affirming care Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary healthcare teams Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications Second language a plus Required background clearances (Child Abuse and FBI Clearance)Benefits
