As a team we focus on both our transformation and our people to be successful in achieving this ambition in the current external environment. ​​In this role you are responsible for the commercial success and launch of a well-known brands latest indication within Norway. **Main responsibilities:** + _​​_ ​Manage great customer experience: Ensure the understanding and execution of the relevant Customer Journey & Experience strategy and tactics of the GBU within your area. + ​Implementation and regular monitoring of the individual customer journey by leveraging the cross functional team work with customer support, COE’s; HQ. + ​Works with HCPs to remove barriers to prescription at the account/regional level. + ​Build strong relationships with KOLs and key customers to create long-term partnerships and identify customer needs. + ​Stay updated on national/regional market access processes affecting access to product portfolio – work in close collaboration with local market access team to support market access activities. + ​Collaborates in brand team to provide bottom-up input on needs, share insights and learnings, as well as leverage global and NE materials, resources, campaigns, and initiatives that support and drive customer engagement​​. + You adhere to the policies, standard operating procedures and regulations both from a Country and Sanofi perspective to maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics, and business integrity. + You continuously stretch yourself to improve, simplify and prioritize within your area of influence with a laser focus on adding value. **About you** **Expected behaviours/ soft skills** + ​​Strong communicator with networking skills. + ​Patient and customer-centric mindset. + ​Maximize execution by operating with a One Sanofi focus through every external touchpoint by understanding the full Sanofi footprint and strategy within the country and therapeutic area. + ​Be a team player leveraging and interacting with all relevant internal teams/ people. + ​Be a self-reliant starter to prioritize the effort and optimize the experience for the physicians and HCP’s in your network to create biggest possible impact. + ​Apply a growth mindset. **Technical skill** + ​​Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales and or relevant respiratory area Asthma/COPD. + ​Scientifically savvy and focused. + ​Clear understanding of omnichannel engagement. + ​Deep understanding of customers and accounts. + Adaptable to transformation. + Aspires AI and data driven decisions. **Other** + ​​Externally focussed field-based role covering. + Rravelling is expected in order to visit and engage with HCPs/KOLs across the country as well as attending scientific events. + ​Having a network within the respiratory field is preferred. **Why choose us?** + At Sanofi, we believe in continuous learning and development.
