$24 - $26 per hourWeekends offPaid TrainingTuition Waiver: Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campusesPaid Time Off: Competitive paid time off programs for employees (Vacation, Sick, Flexible, Holiday)Retirement Matching: 50% match on the first 6% of your contributions after 90 daysPaid Parental Leave: 4 weeks of paid leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents to bond with a new babyCompetitive Insurance: Health, vision, and dental coverage for you and your dependentsPet Insurance: Competitive coverage for your furry family members through ASPCAHealth Plan Enrollment: Eligibility starts first of the month following completing one full month of employment Responsibilities Coordinate and administer regulatory and compliance testing, including standardized evaluations and simulation-based assessments.Maintain secure and efficient testing environments, including proctoring and equipment readiness.Uphold testing integrity by safeguarding content, monitoring sessions, and enforcing protocols.Communicate clearly with students and staff about testing procedures, schedules, and results.Prepare and manage documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.Assist in resolving testing irregularities or appeals in partnership with internal stakeholders. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.Experience: Minimum 3 years in regulatory compliance, testing administration, or educational assessment required.Direct experience in a testing center, compliance office, or regulatory environment required.Familiarity with accreditation or government compliance standards in education or technical training.Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and proficiency with testing platforms and office applications.Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. About us:
