Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data QA Analyst to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and overall quality of our data assets. This role involves validating, cleaning, and automating quality checks on large datasets to support reliable, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Validate and verify data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Perform data manipulation, querying, and quality checks using Excel and SQL.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Python scripts to automate data QA processes.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.

Clean and prepare raw data by handling missing values and removing duplicates.

Document data quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Data QA, Data Validation, or Data Analysis.

Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and quality checks.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python scripting for automation.

Experience in ETL testing and data validation processes.

Solid understanding of data cleaning techniques.

Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
