Test Technician (Pay Rate $21/hr To $23/hr)
**Job Title: Test Technician** **Job Description** As a Quality/Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of electrical and mechanical components. **Responsibilities** + Inspect incoming electrical and mechanical components to ensure they meet supplied drawings and specifications. + Verify conformance to customer product requirements on finished assemblies using customer drawings and specifications. + Implement and maintain tooling and equipment, including preventative maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years in a quality role. + Experience with inspection of mechanical and electrical components. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to speak, read, and write in English. + Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints. + Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, wiring, crimping, and production. + Familiarity with control panel, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and electrical wiring. + Prior experience in quality control, assurance, and inspection. **Why Work Here?** Once permanent, you will enjoy benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO. Each person has their own workstation for the day. The typical hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with half-day Saturdays encouraged, working from 7 AM to 12:30 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Whitinsville, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
