Location: Sarasota, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay Range: $19–$27 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Test Technician to support our production and engineering teams. This role is essential to ensuring that our high‑precision electronic and electromechanical products meet strict performance, reliability, and quality standards before they reach customers.

ResponsibilitiesPerform functional testing, troubleshooting, and verification of electronic and electromechanical assembliesIdentify, diagnose, and repair component‑level issuesDocument test results, repair actions, and quality findings accurately and clearlyMaintain and calibrate test equipment as neededSupport engineering and production teams with technical feedback and issue resolutionFollow established safety, quality, and regulatory proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement and root‑cause analysis activitiesQualificationsExperience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generatorsAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationStrong analytical and diagnostic skillsExperience with soldering, mechanical assembly, or calibration is a plusComfortable working in a regulated or quality‑controlled environmentClear written communication for documentation and reportingEducation & ExperienceAssociate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experiencePrevious experience in testing, repair, or service of electronic or electromechanical systems preferredWhat We OfferConsistent Monday–Friday scheduleCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOpportunities for skill development and growth within a technical manufacturing environment

This is a Contract position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
