Test Technician
Job Title: Test TechnicianJob Description

The Test Technician is responsible for executing tests on a variety of products and equipment in a test lab setting. This role involves setting up tests, working with power tools, and assembling test equipment. The technician will also utilize Microsoft Word and data acquisition equipment to record test results accurately.

ResponsibilitiesPerform testing of hand tool and safety products.Prepare samples using various tools for testing purposes.Condition samples as specified by procedures.Operate test equipment with necessary training.Use tools and fittings to create detailed and effective fixtures for holding test samples.Gather data and document results in a custom lab database.Follow all company work instructions diligently.Communicate with engineering and quality teams to resolve questions around testing.Essential SkillsDemonstrated experience using power tools and hand tools.Mechanical skills and ability to work with power tools.Experience in DIY projects showcasing mechanical skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsEagerness to work with Milwaukee Electric Tool.Troubleshooting, assembly, and construction skills.Work Environment

The team will provide training on specific machines and processes. The work environment involves using mechanical and power tools, and the dress code aligns with safety standards required for handling tools and conducting tests.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
