Responsibilities + Perform electrical and RF testing on system sub-assemblies and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment. + Follow detailed Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet strict quality and performance standards. + Operate various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to verify product functionality. + Accurately document test data, update databases, assist with report generation, and support continuous improvements to test procedures. + Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies. + Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to support throughput and ongoing process improvements. Essential Skills + Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task completion. + High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment. + Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy. + Understanding of ESD procedures and familiarity with electronic test equipment. + Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the organization. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, or related fields. + Hands-on lab or internship experience is preferred. + Exposure to electrical or micro-electronics through coursework, internships, labs, or previous experience is preferred but not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
