**Job Description** As a Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and performing operational checks on product components and systems. You will test and troubleshoot a variety of printing machines, both electrical and mechanical. Your role involves reading, understanding, and following schematics and blueprints to ensure final products meet order specifications. You will be aware of and comply with all quality policies, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement. Your workload will consist of 90% mechanical testing and 10% electrical testing. **Responsibilities** + Setup, adjust, and perform operational checking of product components and systems. + Test and troubleshoot a variety of printing machines both electrical and mechanical. + Read, understand, and follow schematics and blueprints. + Ensure final products meet order specifications. + Comply with all Quality policies while identifying opportunities for improvement. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electronic technician tasks. + Mechanical and electrical testing expertise. + Troubleshooting skills. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years of experience. + Degree from Dunwoody, Hennepin Tech, or ITT preferred. + Mechanically inclined. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values continuous improvement and quality compliance.
