Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to set up and operate test equipment, perform troubleshooting, and conduct failure analysis on analog and digital circuitry malfunctions. This role requires detailed reporting and adherence to company guidelines, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
ResponsibilitiesSet up test equipment and conduct tests as per specifications using mechanical or electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, micrometers, and power supplies.Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry malfunctions down to the component level.Provide detailed written failure descriptions with root cause analysis to production and engineering teams.Follow written and verbal instructions, adhering to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.Assist other departments with tasks in various production cells or locations.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety rules and maintaining an acceptable safety record.Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting electronics and schematic interpretation.Ability to use test equipment and perform detailed failure analysis.Knowledge of electrical test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.Experience performing maintenance and alteration tasks according to technical data.Familiarity with drawings, procedures, work instructions, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.Understanding of IPC610 and J-Standard requirements.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months to 2+ years of testing experience, with a focus on high pressure systems or electronics.Proficiency in reading and communicating in English.Ability to use a computer for documentation, primarily using Microsoft Office applications.High School Diploma required. A BA/BS is required for leadership roles.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work the first shift, Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or Monday to Friday 5:00AM to 1:30PM. Optional overtime is available up to 10% per year. The environment is manufacturing-based, occasionally loud, and involves electrical work. Safety glasses and steel-toe shoes are required, with anti-static smocks provided. The role begins as a 90-day temp-to-hire position, emphasizing the importance of attendance and tenure.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.24 - $24.24/hr.
