Key ResponsibilitiesPerform testing and troubleshooting on production units and field service returns.Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.Evaluate and troubleshoot complex electromechanical instruments.Assemble and disassemble electronic equipment using standard hand tools.Execute calibration, inspection, and testing procedures per work instructions.Prepare technical reports summarizing test results and recommending solutions.Assist in selecting and configuring specialized test equipment.Required Skills & QualificationsSome experience or interest in electronics or manufacturing (training provided).Ability to follow instructions and use basic tools.Familiarity with reading diagrams or schematics is a plus.Willingness to learn soldering, wiring, and basic troubleshooting.Comfortable working with test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, etc.) or open to learning.Work EnvironmentTechnologically advanced facility with state-of-the-art tools and equipment.Casual dress code and a safety-first culture.Primarily weekday shifts with occasional weekend work as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
