Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to ensure our medical testing machines are ready to ship. You will be responsible for verifying that everything functions correctly, addressing any issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesFollow clear instructions to test machines and ensure proper functionality.Identify and resolve issues before products are dispatched.Utilize basic hand tools and testing equipment such as screwdrivers, drills, and meters.Maintain accurate records of work and adhere to quality guidelines like GMP and GDP.Perform tasks on your feet for most of the day in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.Collaborate with teammates and learn new processes.Essential Skills2-year technical degree.2–4 years of experience in testing or repairing equipment in a manufacturing setting.Proficient in using tools and interpreting instructions.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong command of English for speaking, reading, and writing.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in electrical testing and troubleshooting in a manufacturing role.Familiarity with GDP-documented procedures.Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Device History Record (DHR).Experience using hand tools such as torque wrenches and electronic testing equipment in a regulated environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Experience a regulated manufacturing environment with clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit work areas. The position involves 80% standing at a workstation, 10% walking, and up to 10% sitting. Each employee is provided with their own workstation and is required to wear PPE, including a smock, safety glasses, ESG wristbands, and impact-resistant shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.73 - $27.00/hr.
