You will be the Test Site Director in Las Vegas for the Combined Test Force (CTF) which is responsible for leading the CTF test program, business, and support functions at the government test range.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Site Director in Las Vegas you will be responsible for providing executive oversight of the test site, acting as the senior test representative, and guiding the LM workforce to meet strategic, technical, and schedule goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide executive oversight for test program leadership, security, administration, and flight‑test metrics.
Serve as the senior test representative and primary interface to the CTF Director, managing Government Test Range execution.
Direct the LM workforce in flight‑test planning and execution, ensuring compliance with technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
Develop and maintain test and maintenance schedules, resources, and personnel for air and ground systems.
Lead strategic vision for the test‑site workforce, including competency‑development pipelines and engineering digital‑transformation initiatives.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams/organizations.
• Demonstrated Test and/or Requirements Verification experience.
• Demonstrated Flight Test Operations experience.
• Demonstrated corrective action and problem-solving skills.
• Broad based program management experience: managing large performance efforts delivering cost, schedule and/or financial outcomes.
• Experience working with US Services and International Customers.
Desired Skills:
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters / solutions with senior leadership.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
