**Job Title: Test Operator, 20.50hr** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Test Operators to join our team in testing lift equipment on the outdoor track. This role involves working with a diverse range of access equipment and requires a commitment to safety and precision. **Responsibilities** + Test lift equipment on the outdoor track. + Dress appropriately for exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold, rain, and snow. + Commit to mandatory six-day work weeks when work is available. + Ensure no issues with depth perception that aren't correctable by glasses. + Operate machinery at heights up to 52 feet. + Work with a variety of heavy equipment, such as forklifts, skid steers, bulldozers, and excavators. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating heavy machinery. + Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to check oil levels and change tires. + Experience in operating forklifts, skid steers, and construction equipment. + Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. + High school diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in landscaping or farm equipment operation is beneficial. + Comfortable working at heights and able to safely load on a tower at 52 feet. **Why Work Here?** We offer a rewarding work environment with the opportunity for performance-based pay increases, and plenty of overtime for those seeking additional hours.
