Job ID#215166** **Pay Rate: $46.00 - $64.00 hr.** **Job Description:** **Position Responsibilities:** *** Work with Product Security, Software and IT engineers to execute the Infrastructure and Tools team scope of work** *** Interface effectively with multiple technical disciplines in a team environment** *** Works with the Infrastructure Manager to help transform the existing Test IT Infrastructure and Tools** *** Designs networks and complex IT Infrastructure, including redundancy and disaster recovery systems** *** Contributes to important initiatives to upgrade existing infrastructure and leads adoption of latest technologies which include virtualization and automation** *** Assist in implementing best practices to manage a network server room** *** Contributes to developing engineering documentation and processes to reduce waste and maximize repeatability** *** Setup of infrastructure tools and environments such as Servers, Virtual Machine, Storage, Network/Firewall.** *** Champions Lab Excellence initiatives to continuously improve server room environment** *** Works in a hands-on lab environment with a variety of different types of test equipment** **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.** **This position requires the ability to obtain a Tier 5 (T5) and Top Secrete Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).** **Required Skills:** *** 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience** *** Experience managing large servers and IT systems, both bare metal and virtual machines** *** Experience managing and troubleshooting Networking layer 2 and 3, switches, routers and firewall** *** Experience with VMware Administration and Upgrades** *** Experience managing cloud services (AWS and Azure)** *** Experience managing data backup** *** Strong documentation, communication and coordination abilities** *** Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry** **Preferred Skills:** *** Holds a Security+ Certification** *** Holds VMware Certification(s)** *** 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience** *** Knowledge of Agile Methodologies** *** Experience with Ansible, VMware Aria, Power CLI Automation** *** Experience in Mix Unix/Linux and Windows, VMWare, NAS/SAN Storage environment** *** Experience with hybrid cloud environment** *** 5 or more years leading technical teams** *** An active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance and current Tier 5 (T5).** Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
