Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Secret Cleared Test Engineer to join our clients team near Scott Air Force Base in O'Fallon, IL. In this role, the Test Engineer will review Agile test plans, procedures, and results to ensure they are complete, compliant, and risk‑aware, while also developing and maintaining key test documentation such as TEMP artifacts. They will coordinate test events across internal teams, government stakeholders, contractor partners, and operational test organizations to ensure seamless execution. The engineer will analyze defects, incidents, and test outcomes to determine root causes and provide actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement. Additionally, they will support alignment with operational test stakeholders and lead technical discussions, helping bridge understanding between technical and non‑technical audiences to ensure test activities meaningfully support program objectives and system readiness. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of software and/or system testing experience Active SECRET security clearance Experience supporting Agile or DevSecOps testing environments Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions across cross‑functional teams Experience collaborating across technical, functional, financial, and administrative groups Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences Experience supporting or implementing ERP solutions delivered via SaaS in DoD/Federal environments Knowledge of ERP business process reengineering and configuration‑based solution design Experience with system integration, data migration, and master data management (ERP) Familiarity with RMF, cloud security, and FedRAMP for SaaS solutions Experience with Agile or SAFe governance for COTS/SaaS implementations SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP), or similar Agile certification Experience with automated testing tools
