Job Title: Test Automation Software Engineer Location: Midland, TX Job Description We are looking for a capable and energetic Test Automation Software Engineer. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and improvement of software for sophisticated manufacturing test stations and analyzing the data those stations generate. Responsibilities + Design, develop, and debug test automation software. + Collaborate with hardware engineers and software developers. + Stay updated with the latest industry developments. + Provide subject-matter expertise on test equipment and test methods. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline. + Proficiency in writing software such as C# and Python. + Basic understanding of electronics. + Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills. + Permanent Resident Card Holder. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience with automating electronics test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.). + Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). Work Environment The position is based on-site in Midland. This direct hire opportunity includes relocation assistance, a stipend, stock options, and lodging benefits. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
