Test Engineer
**Job Title: Test Engineer** Job Description This is a safety-sensitive position with flexible hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. It is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension or direct hire. The role involves establishing test procedures and coordinating the testing of Power Generation Equipment. Responsibilities include testing projects within the scope of Engineering and Production, verifying and validating new tests, testing new products, and developing systems to gather digital data during testing. The position also requires setting up test chambers to test hydraulic and AC oil-cooled systems. Essential Skills + 7+ years of testing experience in the Aviation Industry or a highly regulated industry. + Experience in developing, qualifying, and testing products. + Experience troubleshooting complex Aviation Power Generation systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Airframe and Powerplant License is a plus. + Experience with product testing, product development engineering, and quality engineering. + Proficiency in hydraulic design, hydraulic modeling, and AC/DC motor control. + Knowledge of mil spec, mil standards, and DoD regulations. + Experience with aircraft, ITAR, circuit boards, and electronics testing. + Skills in avionics, AC/DC Power Systems, oil-cooled hydraulic systems. + Experience with Part 145/121 Repair Station, hydraulic systems, and avionics systems. + Proficiency in instrumentation calibration and electrical research & development. + Familiarity with validation, A&P, power electronics, vibration analysis, and temperature controls. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Twinsburg, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
