Job Description
Responsible for providing engineering leadership and technical support to meet Company Objectives in Quality, Cost and Delivery. As Process Engineer, you will collaborate with other Depts for new equipment start-up and take leadership on Test and VI Process. Support and participate in Automation projects by utilizing technology such as AI, RPA. Power Automate, Software integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive yield and process improvement activities.Provide technical support for quality issues by leading or supporting root cause investigations, assessing product and process impact, and collaborate closely with related teams to implement and verify effective corrective and preventive actions.Responsible for new equipment or new product set-up for test and VI process.Support and participate in Automation projects by utilizing technology such as AI, RPA. Power Automate, Software integration.Develop, maintain, and update technical specifications and documentation, including PFMEA and Control Plans.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or equivalent1-3 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering (Test or VI) is an advantageStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionGood project management skillsDemonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and methodologies
Preferred Skills
Knowledge in Auto Vision such as ICOS and Vitrox equipment.Knowledge in AI, RPA, Power Automate.Additional Information
