Territory Sales Rep

**Description**
As a Territory Sales Rep, your primary responsibility is to generate new business and grow existing client relationships by promoting Tradesmen International’s skilled labor solutions. This is a field-based sales role focused on driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ New Business Development
+ Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
+ Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to educate contractors on Tradesmen’s value proposition.
+ Register new clients, negotiate terms, and secure signed service agreements.
+ Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
+ Client Relationship Management
+ Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.
+ Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders—from office personnel to jobsite supervisors.
+ Resolve client issues with professionalism and urgency.
+ Deliver and discuss invoices during initial billing cycles to ensure timely payment.
+ Field Employee Engagement
+ Support the onboarding and jobsite introduction of Field Employees.
+ Maintain regular jobsite visits and phone check-ins to ensure employee satisfaction and client alignment.
+ Track active and available Field Employees and work closely with operations to ensure strong deployment.
+ Sales Process Management
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports in the CRM.
+ Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and weekly planning.
+ Support field recruitment efforts by encouraging referrals from high-performing Field Employees.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proven ability to build lasting customer and team relationships
+ Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals
+ Experience in B2B outside sales, especially with cold calling and territory management
+ Familiarity with CRM tools and standard business software
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
+ Consistent attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
**Compensation & Benefits:**
+ Base salary + uncapped commission
