Our client, a leading company in the gas processing industry, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Sales Team. the ideal candidate will have a high energy, organizational skills, and a great attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Territory Sales Manager**
**Location: Midland/Odessa**
**Pay Range: 30 to 40 an hour -- Work from Home**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Grow distribution channels
+ Perform corporate sales and plant sales on the road
+ Lead initial calls (cold calls) and semi-qualify/qualify leads (warm calls).
+ Coordinate and lead follow-up discovery calls, including scheduling calls, taking notes, listing action items, and following up until the lead is closed
+ Log notes and opportunities into CRM
**What’s Needed?**
+ Basica written and verbal communication skills
+ Basic computer skills
+ Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends, due to varying freight volumes
+ Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry
+ Experience loading and unloading trailers
