We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Field Sales Team as a Territory Manager in Wanganui - New Plymouth region. In this role you will drive sales category growth and profitability by executing banner promotional plans and shopper activations focusing on growing PepsiCo brands. You will have the ability to use scan data to identify in-store execution opportunities such as distribution, shelf space and display execution. Building and maintaining a great relationship with the customers is key to success in ensuring compliance as well as driving extra discretionary opportunities. Whilst always promoting, developing and improving the Health and Safety culture. Responsibilities Planning and executing our Bluebird promotional program in your key stores: New World, Pak N Save, Four Square, Woolworths, Fresh Choice, Kmart, TWL & Gilmours Build strong relationships at multi levels within the stores in your region Negotiating displays in-store to deliver the quarterly/annual sales budget Execute NPD and Big-Bet activation plans in all stores as per monthly commercial priorities Monthly analysis of Dunnhumby data, to analyse performance and trends in the grocery channel and identify opportunities for growth in your region. Qualifications Minimum 3 Years' experience in FMCG industry preferably with experience in Field Sales A commercially astute, analytical individual with experience in FMCG Field Sales Experience is highly advantageous Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI & Dunnhumby Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and Written Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.
