Territory Manager - G-Drive & Gas

**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented Territory Manager - G-Drive & Gas to join our team specializing in Sales for our PG Sales – AME Department in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role includes up to 25% of domestic and international travel frequency
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Territory Growth Leadership: Drive the G‑Drive Engines and Gas Generators business in assigned regions by optimizing pricing, strengthening channel partners, and securing strategic contracts that increase revenue.
+ Complex Account Management: Build and manage high‑value relationships across multiple customer levels, negotiating and closing large orders that deepen long‑term business partnerships.
+ New Market Expansion: Identify, pursue, and establish presence in new territories, creating fresh pipelines and accelerating sustainable business growth.
+ Segment Development: Lead initiatives that target new customer segments, boosting market share and expanding the company’s footprint across strategic industries.
+ Customer Satisfaction Champion: Act as the voice of the customer, using data‑driven insights to create and execute plans that elevate satisfaction and loyalty.
+ Cross‑Business Collaboration: Align internal stakeholders around account strategy, driving integrated solutions that maximize value for customers and the organization.
+ Operational Excellence: Improve forecasting accuracy, manage receivables, and balance inventory and delivery expectations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
+ Opportunity Identification: Extend and expand product and service penetration within accounts while uncovering new commercial opportunities and supporting cost‑reduction initiatives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
+ Strong Commercial & Analytical Skills: Ability to make informed pricing decisions, analyze business trends, and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract closure.
+ High‑Level Relationship Management: Capacity to build trust with senior stakeholders, navigate complex accounts, and lead customer interactions across all organizational levels.
+ Proactive Business Development Mindset: Skill in identifying new markets and segments, opening new accounts, and driving initiatives that increase share of wallet and market presence.
+ Multilingual Communication Excellence: Fluency in English and Arabic (with French as a plus) to communicate effectively across diverse regions and influence partners, customers, and internal teams.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Education/ Experience:
+ College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent industry experience required.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
+ Significant level of relevant work experience, including previous customer and/or product experience required. Purchasing/commercial contract negotiation preferred.
