We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Territory Account Manager to join our team in Phuket, Thailand. 

What You’ll Do:
As a Territory Account Manager at Diversey, you’ll drive growth in the Southern area especially in Phuket by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. You’ll build strong customer relationships, deliver sustainable hygiene solutions, and ensure satisfaction through regular site visits and responsive support.

Some of the Things You’ll Do:

Strengthen relationships with existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Proactively address client needs to reduce churn and enhance long-term partnerships.

Allocate approximately 50% of your time to identifying and acquiring new hospitality clients in the eastern area

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand market presence within your territory

Work closely with internal teams (technical, service, marketing) and external stakeholders (hotel operations, procurement, sustainability teams) to align solutions with customer goals

Promote value-added and sustainable cleaning and hygiene innovations

Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Utilize digital tools and perform on-site minor adjustments or troubleshooting as needed to maintain high service standards

What You’ll Bring to Us:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, cleaning, or hygiene industries.

Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

A customer-focused mindset, with strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Thailand, including Phuket and nearby provinces if required by the business

A strong sense of ownership, drive, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Grow sales in geographic area and sector(s) by identifying, analysing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.Liaise with Technicians to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts.Consult with Corporate Account Managers to ensure account management support delivered in respective accounts.
