**Aerotek is hiring for a Terminal Operator in Eighty Four ,PA with WEEKLY pay!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Terminal Operator to join our team. This role involves multiple duties, including handling silica material, packaging, and operating machinery. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. **Responsibilities** + Attach a large bag to a chute to catch silica material and operate a lever to control the volume according to order specifications. Monitor the scale for accurate weight. + Lift 50lb bags from a waist-high table and stack them on a nearby pallet, with new bags arriving every 30 seconds. + Seal and scan labels onto filled bags of material. + After one month, you may be asked to drive a forklift, with training provided. + Potentially drive trucks within the facility after training, but not on public roads and not within the first month. + Perform general cleanup of work stations to maintain a safe and tidy environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with general labor and handling hand tools. + Proficiency in packing and packaging. + Forklift operation experience is beneficial. + Ability to lift 50lb consistently. + Capability to get a respirator fit. + Experience working in hot and cold environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in oil and gas industries. + Skills in loading and unloading materials. + Adaptability to work in fluctuating temperatures. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a $1 raise each year on your anniversary, up to $23 after three years.
