We are seeking a qualified candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to do what it takes to succeed, for our Terminal Operator opening at our Indianapolis Terminal. **Summary** We are seeking a qualified candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to do what it takes to succeed, for our Terminal Operator opening at our Indianapolis Terminal. **Responsibilities:** + Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, skid steers, + Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks and rail cars + Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly + Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines to maintain a safe work area + Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free terminal environment + Maintaining and operating facilities and equipment; general maintenance + Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives + Must be able to work up to 12 hours days (Monday-Friday; alternating Saturdays) **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent required + Previous equipment operating experience (e.g., loader, backhoe, skid steer, etc.) is preferred + Working knowledge of material handling systems, including pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components; a plus + Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with the Terminal Manager and effectively collaborate with the team + Demonstrated commitment to safety, including following established procedures, promoting safe work practices, and actively helping maintain a safe working environment READY TO JOIN A ROCK-SOLID FAMILY?
