Description Terminal Operations Manager – East Houston Our client is seeking a Terminal Operations Manager to oversee full-cycle terminal operations for a distribution facility in the Houston region. This exempt, full-time role is eligible for comprehensive benefits and reports directly to company leadership. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily terminal operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality. Manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and train/supervise staff. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (OSHA, state, federal). Lead process improvement initiatives and support annual budgeting. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections, ensuring facility security and equipment maintenance. Deliver prompt, effective customer service. Requirements: 5+ years of terminal operations experience, preferably within manufacturing/distribution. Bachelor’s degree, Engineering preferred. Strong maintenance and electrical background. Proven leadership skills, including staff management and conflict resolution. Proficient in logistics, inventory control, and safety regulations.
