Overview Saddlebrook Tennis seeks a passionate and dependable Tennis Intern to support our world-renowned summer junior tennis camps. Interns will work alongside elite coaches to deliver high-quality training sessions for players aged 8–18 while gaining valuable experience in coaching, leadership, and sports management. Key Responsibilities: Assist coaching staff with on-court drills, ball feeding, and group management Supervise campers during match play, conditioning, and daily activities Help set up and maintain courts, equipment, and training stations Ensure a safe, encouraging, and professional environment for all athletes Escort campers to and from sessions, meals, and dorms when needed Serve as a role model and mentor to junior players Participate in evening recreational and team-building activities Communicate regularly with the coaching staff regarding camper development Qualifications Qualifications: Current or former college tennis player (NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Energetic, professional, and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced camp setting
