Roche Diagnostics has a temporary vacancy for a Tenders and Solutions Partner. You will play a key role in advancing our point-of-care testing portfolio for laboratories and hospitals. You will ensure our solutions meet the current and future needs of laboratories and build awareness and appreciation for our unique solutions. You will be part of a larger team with committed colleagues who want you to succeed.

The Opportunity

Manage the lifecycle of our near-patient care portfolio, ensuring launching new products, pricing, and product care.

Provide strategic guidance in pre-tender and tender processes, and answer tenders.

Understand customer needs and support sales team in customer meetings with technical product knowledge.

Stay informed of competitive products and define differentiators of our solutions

Provide internal product training and share updated product knowledge.

Manage and send notifications to customers.

Qualifications and characteristics

Ph.D., M.Sc., MBA Education preferred

You have 3+ years in a marketing/product management role and strong market understanding & experience in point-of-care testing

Relevant experience within the Diagnostic industry is strongly preferred

Proficiency in Norwegian and English

Excellent communication and presentation skills with growth mindset & collaborative skills

Driving license class B
