As a Tenant Service Manager, your job is to provide the operational asset and facility management interface with InfraCo’s suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that all work being undertaken is completed according to agreed outcomes for our onsite tenants.
In this role, you can’t resist solving problems. Your investigative skills will be put to the test as you work to diagnose and find solutions, activate, or repair. You collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our systems and infrastructure are operating efficiently and delivering value to our customers and ensuring optimal asset reliability.
The Tenant Service Manager will be part of a team to manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned properties and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and our clients. The role will assume responsibility for site maintenance and operations of the tenanted areas and ensure these critical 24/7 operations are not impacted. Some outside business hours and shift activities will be required.
This is how you bring the purpose of your role to life:
Manage relationships between, site tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Report on InfraCo’s suppliers service delivery performance, ensuring best practice and value for money principles are adhered to.
Actively investigate customer impacting events and use problem management techniques to reduce and avoid similar events in future.
Respond to customer issues in a timely manner and proactively identify service improvement opportunities.
A positive approach to meeting client and customer ’s needs and investment ideals.
Manage escalated facilities matters and provide stakeholder updates.
Ensure that health, safety, environmental and security incident notifications are managed through to resolution.
Implement innovative solutions and drive use of technology to improve customer service and reduces costs.
The ability to empathise with tenant needs and a demonstration of a proactive customer service.
Proactively develop and manage occupier and client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are fulfilled
Understand the operational and technical requirements of the elements of the site’s operation
To be successful in the role, you'll bring skills and experience in:-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, building, or other property management related field experience in facilities.
Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure, deadline critical situations.
Experienced in engaging and managing management expectations.
Expert communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements & critical facilities operations.
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
Trade background in Electrical or Air-conditioning fields is desirable, but not essential
