***Tenant Retention Associate - Interviews Happening This Week***

Position Overview: As a Tenant Retention Associate, you'll play a crucial role in fostering tenant satisfaction and driving retention. From data analysis to direct outreach, you’ll be the point person in understanding tenant needs and proactively helping them feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update tenant interactions and communications in ExcelMonitor trends and identify areas for improvement in tenant satisfactionSend weekly email communications to hundreds of tenantsConduct follow-ups with tenants regarding lease intentions, renewals, or feedbackEngage in renewal negotiations and support retention strategiesDocument and analyze tenant feedback to inform business decisionsMust-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, data tracking, and analysis)Experience with Microsoft Outlook and email managementStrong data entry and report generation skillsNice-to-Have Skills:
Customer service or tenant-facing experienceKnowledge of property management processesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust pass a background checkExceptional written communication skills and attention to detailWhat We Offer:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
