Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Position Overview: As a Tenant Retention Associate, you'll play a crucial role in fostering tenant satisfaction and driving retention. From data analysis to direct outreach, you’ll be the point person in understanding tenant needs and proactively helping them feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and update tenant interactions and communications in Excel
+ Monitor trends and identify areas for improvement in tenant satisfaction
+ Send weekly email communications to hundreds of tenants
+ Conduct follow-ups with tenants regarding lease intentions, renewals, or feedback
+ Engage in renewal negotiations and support retention strategies
+ Document and analyze tenant feedback to inform business decisions
Must-Have Skills:
+ Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, data tracking, and analysis)
+ Experience with Microsoft Outlook and email management
+ Strong data entry and report generation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
+ Customer service or tenant-facing experience
+ Knowledge of property management processes
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Must pass a background check
+ Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
