Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the education sector based in Boston, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO during a period of high demand. This is a part-time role (approximately 15 hours per week, spread across weekdays) offering $30-$32/hour, running through at least late March with strong potential to extend through May and possibly beyond. Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings with professionalism and attention to detailPrepare meeting materials, track action items, and support follow-through across stakeholdersDraft and edit correspondence on behalf of the CEO as requestedCoordinate travel logistics, expense reports, reimbursements, and invoicesSupport logistics for Board meetings, executive convenings, and key eventsMaintain organized documentation and reinforce existing executive office systemsProvide ad hoc administrative and operational support as neededCandidate Qualifications
